Here at Grace Outdoor we get the question “Do billboards even work?” all the time. We definitely believe in the power of outdoor advertising, but how can we convince you?
Well, my wife was driving home last week and had gotten caught up in Lexington traffic, something everyone from the Midlands can relate to. She had our two year old in the back seat. It was right around our typical dinner time and my wife was rushing to get home and feed the kids. There, on the side of the road, was a huge red billboard with a simple logo.
While a simple ad, it was enough to trigger shouts of “CHICKY- YAY!, CHICKY-YAY!” from my two year old. Needless to say, our daughter enjoyed a Chick-fil-A meal for dinner that night, and the owner of that Chick-fil-A saw a true return on investment on his billboard!
Billboards work, just ask my wife.
